* Political Contribution Refund Program: Under Minnesota law, Minnesota voters can donate up to $75 per person or $150 per married couple to a qualified political organization and receive a full refund through the state's Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program. Note: You must be registered to vote before mailing your refund request. If you have not contributed to a state political candidate or party and received a PCR form this year, you can donate $75 to us and receive a refund. If you contribute $75/person to us we will mail you a PCR receipt and a refund form. When you send in the form for a refund to the state (a simple one page form) you include your PCR receipt. Note that you can only submit to the state one reimbursement request per year, with any number of receipts. Our experience is you can expect a refund by check or direct deposit in two or three weeks after mailing your refund form.
